During a session we may utilize Art Therapy to allow you to express your inner experience in a non-verbal way. No art experience is necessary. Art Therapy is about the process of allowing ourselves the freedom to express our internal world in s way that is nonjudgemental, compassionate, and honoring of our life journey.
