The teachings of the Buddha are available and of benefit to everyone regardless of religious affiliation. The teachings point us to the reality of our lives, exactly as they are. They ask us to observe ourselves and the world with a clear mind so that we may realize for ourselves what brings us, and others, suffering and happiness.
The programs are offered in a sequential fashion in three categories. Those who choose to join in the programs from the beginning will have a foundation to understand later programs. The foundational programs offer the insights and basic tenets of Buddha's teachings. They may be called foundational but they are deep and profound and offer a lifetime of study and practice.
Listed with each program is a "Suggested Prerequisite" which, though not required, are listed to indicate foundational programs which would be of benefit.
Join us as we explore the teachings of the Buddha and learn how they can assist us in a deeper experience of ourselves and the world.
Let us know that you plan to attend so that we will have enough handouts and seating available.
