All meditation sessions begin at 7pm and end at 8pm, unless otherwise noted. We will have a period of sitting meditation (either guided or silent) followed by a discussion. All are welcome regardless of meditation experience. If you are new to meditation we invite you to arrive 10 minutes early for basic instruction. Resources for learning to meditate click here.

Please bring your meditation cushions (zafu and zabuton) if you have them. There are pillows and blankets available. Chairs are available and you are encouraged to sit in a posture that is most comfortable for you.
