Tending our heart and mind through our meditation practice is even more important during these times. Our practices help calm our frazzled nervous system by calming the body and mind and opening the heart. These times show us we need more heart-centered leaders, and we can each step into that role in our families and communities.

If you have previously registered for our Zoom meditations, you will automatically be sent the login information. So there is no need to register again.

Our guided meditation will consist of a compassionate awareness practice that allows us to gently connect within and nourish our body, mind and spirit in a way that fosters greater wellbeing.

You are invited to take the time to nourish and connect within and to support one another in creating a sacred container to deepen our practice of calming the mind, opening the heart and nourishing the spirit. This sacred time together fosters heart-centered connection, community, and creates body-mind-spirit harmony.

The meditations will last approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
