Are you feeling angry, distraught, overwhelmed or despair at the loss of women’s rights? Are you feeling disconnected and alone? Join us as we nourish the connection with ourselves and each other to help sustain us during these times.

Our time together will consist of guided compassion and awareness meditation practices. These practices allow us to gently connect within and nourish our body, mind and spirit in a way that fosters greater wellbeing. This supports us in welcoming our anger, frustration, and despair so we can gain clarity as we connect to our deeper wisdom helping us to be powerfully present in our lives and in the world.

Just as important as it is to connect with ourselves it is also important to connect with other women and to feel connected even when we are not together. The powerful energy of the feminine is within us and when we connect and support one another we harness this power to stand together in our lives and in the world with a strong back, open heart, and clear mind.

Bring a journal/paper and crayons/markers as we may use them as part of our process.

The meditation is offered on a donation basis, all donations are greatly appreciated.
