New Moon Calm - Open - Nourish Meditation via Zoom

 

Join us via Zoom for guided meditation to calm the mind, open the heart and nourish the spirit.

Our guided meditations will consist of compassion and awareness practices that change from session to session. These practices allow us to gently connect within and nourish our body, mind and spirit in a way that fosters greater wellbeing.

The meditations will last approximately 30 minutes with a brief time to check-in with one another.

 

If you have previously registered for our Zoom meditations, you will automatically be sent the login information. So there is no need to register again.

The meditation is offered on a donation basis, all donations are greatly appreciated.
