Free Lunch-time meditation for Mental Health & Medical Professionals to support you as you care for others.

The idea of self-care is that we need to do things for ourselves that have a positive, strengthening effect on our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. What those things are depends on the individual, but the goal is to set up the kind of work/life balance that nourishes our bodies, our minds, our emotions, and our spirits. 

The lunch time meditations are offered to support you in self-care by giving you a time-out during your busy day to nourish your body, mind and spirit with a 20 minute live guided meditation. 

Our guided meditations will consist of compassion and awareness practices. These practices allow us to gently connect within and nourish our body, mind and spirit in a way that fosters greater wellbeing and cultivates a calm, heart-centered awareness that allows us to meet the whole of life wisely and compassionately.

The meditations will last 20 minutes.

Meditations will be held via Zoom each Tuesday & Thursday at 12:00 noon Central Time.
